By purchasing from REDGUMBRAND.COM.AU, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions set out below:
Payment Methods: REDGUMBRAND.COM.AU accepts bank transfer ,Visa, MasterCard, Paypal as payment for our goods. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval. Credit cards are not charged until the order has been processed and is ready to ship unless the ordered item is out of stock. We will process the out of stock order once we have restocked the item and verified with the customer that the purchase is still required prior to charging. Orders paid for by Direct Deposit will not be processed or shipped until the funds transfer has been fully verified. Orders that are not paid for within 7 working days will be returned to stock and not held aside.
Pricing Policy: Prices are set at the time of purchase and are subject to withdrawal, correction or alteration. We reserve the right to not honour typographical errors on prices.
Limitation of Liability: All products sold are to be used at your own risk. Under no circumstances is REDGUMBRAND.COM.AU liable for the following: (1) Third party claims against you for damages, (2) Loss of, or damage to you or your property (3) Consequential damages, or incidental damages – defined as any damage which is a consequence of using this product or our website. REDGUMBRAND.COM.AU liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased from us. All of the products that we sell are to be used at your own risk and we are in no way liable for any loss, damage or injuries suffered from poor installation or use. Once shipped, goods become the property of the customer who will then have consumer rights to the goods being delivered by the carrier.
Warranty: All products purchased from REDGUMBRAND.COM.AU come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturer defects starting from the invoice date. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser. Our warranty does not apply to any item that has been modified, abused, or misused. Products are not warranted in regards to suitability for your use. The customer is responsible for making sure that the products are suitable for the use they intend. REDGUMBRAND.COM.AU reserves the right to repair or replace defective items under warranty as we see appropriate. The customer is solely responsible for shipping any return product back to REDGUMBRAND.COM.AU. The replacement or repaired item will be returned to the customer at the cost of REDGUMBRAND.COM.AU. Customers must ship the item back to REDGUMBRAND.COM.AU using a reputable carrier that is capable of providing proof of delivery. The customer bears all cost of return shipping charges and all risk of return transport. Adequately pack the product for shipment to us. We reserve the right to reject any damaged packages. REDGUMBRAND.COM.AU will not replace or repair the product under warranty if has been visibly damaged in return transport. We package your purchase well and will afford the same care and responsibility that we expect for returned packages. In cases of returns for refunds/credits you must include a copy of the original receipt and a detailed description of the fault or the reason for the return.
Returns: We offer a satisfaction guarantee for all of our products. Customers can return non-defective products for a full refund. We must have the item back within 14 days of the original invoice date. This is conditional on that the product is returned in “as new” condition, in original undamaged packaging. Freight charges are not refundable. The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product. Customers must ship the item back using a reputable carrier that is capable of providing proof of delivery. The customer bears all cost of shipping charges and all risk of loss in transit. The customer agrees that the returned product will be 100% complete, and in re-saleable condition, and will be complete with original packaging, manuals, etc. If any of the listed terms are not met REDGUMBRAND.COM.AU reserve the right to reject the refund or give a partial refund.
Damaged Goods or Shortages: Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon arrival. Please let us know within three days of receipt if there are any damages or missing components. We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those three days have passed.
