  • I cannot compete the payment process?
     

    If you are using a browser with your popups disabled you must allow popups for www.redgumbrand.com.au.

    The payments are processed in a second popup window that is ssl encrypted and is secure.

  • Do I pay GST on the goods that I purchase?
     

    GST is not payable on Mobility Equipment and Mobility Aids, it is excempted by the Australian Government. GST is payable on bicycles and their accessories. Where the goods are deemed multi use ie some batteries and tyres GST will be payable. Our checkout process shows GST where applicable and it is included as part of the product price.

  • Will you answer my question?
     

    Yes. We check the questions page daily monday to friday and will answer your question as quickly and accurately as possible. If your question is a common one it may appear on the F.A.Q page already.

  • Do you offer volume discounts?
     

    Please contact us if you want to make a volume purchase and we can quote a price for you.

  • Can I pick up my order directly from you?
     

    We are primarily a importer and therefore distribute goods via carrier and postage. This means that we do not sell goods from a showroom .We  dispatch from our warehouse regularly. Your goods will be dispatched promptly via courier or Australia Post.

  • Where is your showroom?
     

    We are situated in Malaga W.A.

    We are a warehouse only and do not allow pickups. Sorry.

  • How much is postage?
     

    On many of our items we offer free postage. On other items we offer fixed postage to anywhere in Australia. On larger items the cost of postage varies with where you live. In all cases the postage you will be charged is calculated in the checkout process.

  • Do you combine postage?
     

    Absolutely! The postage on each item will be calculated at the checkout as a total. However if you order more than one item we are often able to send your items packed as one. For purchase of more than one item we will contact you prior to processing your order and negotiate a better postage cost with you if we can. If you purchase via paypal we will adjust the total and give you a partial postage refund if the actual postage cost is less than the quote .

  • Do you ship overseas?
     

    Sorry we only ship to Australia. We are Australian owned and operated and want to support our national dealer network with the products that we sell. At this stage we have no ability to ship overseas.

  • Can I buy a Scooter Online?
     

    No sorry. Due to OHS (OCC HEALTH AND SAFETY) we will not sell a scooter to you unless you are deemed suitable to safely operate and control the scooter. It would be irresponsible for us to do this online. Please contact us and we can  arrange a home demonstration for you in most parts of Australia.

  • Can I change my mind?
     

    Once you complete the checkout process an encrypted order is sent to our warehouse. If we are unsure of your requirements we will contact you prior to processing your payment and sending the order. However once the order has been processed you will have to follow our returns process.

  • What is your privacy policy?

  • What are the terms and conditions of my purchase?

  • Can I order something that is not on this website?
     

    We have other related items that are not listed. Please let us know what you require and we may be able to assist?

    Please note that we are unable to supply mechanical or electrical parts that are specific to a particular model of scooter online. 

    For these parts we are able to refer you to your nearest Shoprider repair agent.

  • Do you still sell mobility items on EBAY?
     

    The short answer is no. The long answer is that we will still list one only offers and clearance items on ebay  http://myworld.ebay.com.au/redgumbrand/.

  • Are your items good quality?
     

    Many of the products we sell are manufactured in China and bought in large volumes to sell and distribute in Australia. We cannot afford to sell low quality items. Our buyers personally visit the factories to ensure that the items that are produced are good value for money and good quality?

    We warrant everything we sell for twelve month against manufacturer defect. Refer to our Terms and Conditions page for more detail.

  • Can I return an item if it is broken or is not suitable?
     

    Yes. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page for more information.

  • Can you choose the correct item for me?
     

    We will try to answer any question that you ask as accurately and quickly as possible. The disadvantage of the internet is that you can’t touch and feel the item prior to your purchase. The decision to buy the item is yours but please ask as many questions as you need to to ensure you make the correct purchase decision.

  • When will I receive my order?
     

    We work Monday to Friday. We send out smaller items via Australia Post daily. We send larger items via DirectFreight.com.au on Tuesdays and Fridays.

  • Do I get a pension discount?
     

    Unfortunately we are unable to verify your status as a pensioner over the internet. However we will always try to offer the best everyday price for the items you find at Redgumbrand.com.au . If you find a similar product delivered to your door for a cheaper price please let us know so that we can investigate and review our prices.

  • Can I leave a Testimonial good or bad?
     

    We encourage open and honest communication. We will try our best to ensure that our service to you is fast, efficient and friendly. We encourage you to email us once your parcel has arrived and let us know yours thoughts on service and quality. We will post comments both good and bad on our testimonials page. We see this as our way of improving the business. We can’t make everybody happy all the time but we can try 🙂

  • How long have you been in business?
     

    Redgumbrand is part of a larger business. This larger business has been operating in Western Australia and distributing nationally for 20 years. This business is privately owned and operated by West Australians.

  • Do you have a catalogue?
     

    We see REDGUMBRAND.COM.AU as an online catalogue and encourage our customers to save the environment by not printing. However should you wish there are individual brochures attached to many of our products by category that can be downloaded or printed.

  • Can I buy the electric bikes from a bike shop?
     

    NO. The bikes are now sold exclusively online and from our showroom in Malaga W.A.

    The bikes are heavily discounted and are warrantied for 12 months.

    Every one sold on ebay has had rave reviews.

  • Can I get parts for the walkers, wheelchairs and bikes you sell online?
     

    Yes. We have been in business for 20 years and sell all the spare parts for the product ranges that we stock now and have stocked in the past. Just contact us with the item you have and the parts that you require.

  • Do you have a contact phone number?
     

    We are part of a larger business. REDGUMBRAND.COM.AU has been set up as a e-commerce operation and we would ask that you send all your questions via the CONTACT US link.

  • Can I get a closer look at the pictures on the website?
     

    Absolutely! Click on the picture you want to look at when you are in the products page and it will open as a larger image. If you require we are also able to provide you with extra photos via email from any angle you request on the products that you are looking for.
