Franky and the team at Shoprider assist in making my job as a community Occupational Therapist a lot easier. They always go above and beyond to organise trials, whether it be I urgently need to collect an item tomorrow for a client, or I need them to meet me onsite. They are prompt on emails and phone communication allowing me to feel reassured I don’t need to chase them up. They’ve also made the effort to know my equipment preferences, and advise me of anything new when it arrives in stock.

Although I posted earlier about the problems I experienced with the Tri-walker, the response from the sales manager at Redgumbrand to resolve the problem has been exceptional. The follow-up service, communication and professional advice has been prompt, with the company's offer of a full refund for the units bought enabling the purchase of a suitable replacement of similar weight. My wife bought a Redgum brand side folding walker. From the get-go, I had problems. It was very difficult to turn, very stiff, the rear struts for the wheels were a hassle.  If they were adjustable length wise, it would be better. I found I tripped on them and caught my ankles on the protective knows at the end of the rear struts. The bag was good but needed to be able to lock on because it always came loose and either on side or the other fell off the pathetic holder.  Solution to this drill a hole through each spline and have a lock ring pin to hold it in place. Have attached some photos,
